Each year Mark Twain Elementary raises money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to fight childhood cancer. Their mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Leukemia is the #1 most diagnosed form of childhood cancer.
Mark Twain Elementary ran their fundraiser February 1st through March 5th. We also had a spirit week for teachers and students.
